Where do you get your items from:

We offer consignment services nationwide and work with clients, personal shoppers and boutiques that are looking to get rid of their unwanted items.

How do you authenticate?

We have subscriptions with two reputable companies (Entrupy or Authenticate First) that have authenticated over a million items. We pay for this service for each item before putting an item out on the floor.

What if I have concerns regarding authenticity?

If you suspect your item is not authentic, we will need to pay to have it authenticated and in rare event it is not authentic we will offer money back within 14 days.

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer returns since items are from consignors.

Can I negotiate prices?

Since we work with consignors, we are limited in how much we can reduce the price of an item since we signed off on a selling price. However, at times we do offer promotions on certain items where you can be on the watch for sale items.  

What is your consignment fee/process?

15% on items that sell above 2,500

30% on items that sell up to 2,500

40% on clothing

When will I get paid?

We pay out consignment on the 1^st and the 15^th of each month 

What if my item doesn’t sell?

You can pick it up or donate it after the selling period (90 days)
